When Lucky Pawz LLC opened it's doors in July of 2003 we did not know what to expect in regards to how fast our business would grow. Recording reservations for daycare and boarding started getting extremely difficult using only pen and paper, not to mention totaling invoices and keeping track of inventory. When we decided that we finally needed some sort of computer program to help us we were disappointed at what programs were available to us. That is until we stumbled across the Pawtracker program. While uncertain at first about having our client database stored outside our facility our worries soon faded as we learned how easy and safe the Pawtracker program was to use. The support staff at Kennelsource has always been great in responding to questions in a timely manor. They also listen to suggestions that we had in regards to the way the program would help us better. The flexibility of having the Pawtracker program allows easy access to my database wherever I have internet access. Looking back at how things were done here at Luckypawz before Pawtracker seems scary.
