With the help of the PawPay™ module, there will never be an excuse for one of your employees not to collect a payment from a customer.
The PawPay™ module is a component of the Pawtracker™ Pet Care Management System. PawPay™ will make processing credit card transactions through the application easy. There are no cards to swipe. No messy rolls of ticket paper to change in a credit card terminal. The simple interface allows your employees to store encrypted credit card(s) information within the Client's record. When the time comes to collect a payment for the customer's charges, one simple click will activate the PawPay™ module and instantly return an approval or rejection for the payment.
Overall, PawPay™ will help simplify and streamline your checkout process. If your customers are paying by credit card, you will actually save the time it takes to receive a payment from your customer. The physical card is not required for the system, so there is never a need to worry if your customer has remembered to bring their credit card with them for Check-Out. As long as you have a credit card number on file in the customer's record in Pawtracker™, you are guaranteed the customer will have a payment method.
Requirements for PawPay™
- Each PawPay™ account will require a Payment Gateway provided by Authorize.Net
- Each PawPay™ account will require a Merchant Account by NxGen
Setup and Fees
There are no additional application service fees for the PawPay™ module. KennelSource will facilitate the setup process with our partners. For this, KennelSource will collect a nominal setup charge. The partner setup charges and fees are independent are not set by KennelSource or any of our representatives. Please see the table below for the general guidelines for rates and fees.
