Roman Fisher
Director, currently serves as the Chief Information Officer of Metropolitan Health Networks, a publicly traded medical risk management company, where he is responsible for the organization's information and communication systems, hardware and software acquisitions, strategic planning and implementation of new technologies. For over 20 years prior to joining the Company, Mr. Fisher held executive management positions with various diagnostic imaging companies, where he was responsible for the installation and management of medical information systems, billing and collection systems, and medical imaging technologies.
In addition, Mr. Fisher has substantial experience in management and procedures of public companies, having been involved on an executive level in initial public offerings, mergers and acquisitions, as well as operations of hedge funds and broker/dealer organizations. Prior to moving to the United States, Mr. Fisher owned and operated various companies as well as a legal consulting firm in Europe, and thereby established valuable international business relationships. Mr. Fisher attended Whittingham College in Brighton, England and George Washington University in Washington, D. C, holds a Masters of Science degree from Nova University, and a law degree from the University of Basel, Switzerland.
