Glenn Caddy, Ph.D
Director, completed his undergraduate degree with honors in at the University of New South Wales in Sydney, Australia and the degree of Doctor of Philosophy from that same institution in 1973. While at that University he became a Commonwealth Scholar and later a Commonwealth University Fellow. He has served as an Infantry Officer in the Australian Army and later a Senior Intelligence Officer with the Australian Department of Foreign Affairs. He continues to be a Justice of the Peace in the State of New South Wales.
Dr. Caddy moved to the United States in the mid 1970’s to take up an invited Research Scientist position at the Neuropsychiatric Institute, University of California at Los Angeles. Thereafter he has held academic appointments and administrative positions at the University of California at Riverside, Thomas Jefferson University Medical School, Eastern Virginia Medical School, Old Dominion University and Nova Southeastern University. He has published more than seventy-five peer reviewed scientific manuscripts together with four books together with various internet-based distance learning application.
Dr. Caddy has had many years of leadership and administrative, management and business experience both within and outside academia. Outside academia Dr. Caddy has been involved in the running of numerous business enterprises. To this day Dr. Caddy serves as a Director of a closely held Australian land development company, Landvest Pty. Ltd., which he founded with two partners when he was 20 years old. For some ten years from the late 1980’s to the late 1990’s he also served as a Director of another closely held Australian company, Character Jewelry Holdings Pty. Ltd., which was a manufacturing and import export business. He was also a partner in another Australian based company that distributed and exported swimwear and related products. In the United States Dr. Caddy has been actively involved in a number of real estate partnerships in Virginia and in Florida. From the early 1980’s to the early 1990’s he served as President of the closely held real estate investment company, G & C Enterprises Inc. More recently he has served as either a business development consultant or director in various corporations. Today, Dr. Caddy serves as the Director of Business Development for the publicly traded Informatic Healthcare Solutions Ltd., and he serves on the Board of Directors of iHS-Ltd’s parent company, Peninsula Holdings Group Ltd. He also serves as President of The Leading Edge Real Estate Investment Group Inc., and he serves on the Board of Directors of the privately held Florida based corporation, JSL Enterprises as well as the Illinois based company, Kennel Source. Finally, he also is on the Board of two non-profit Florida corporations, The Lighthouse Preservation Society, Inc and American Credit Counseling Inc.
